Dear Classmates,
SW's group policy looks fair at the beginning to maintain our friendships without any unpleasant argues or debates. But under further thinking during the weekend, I decided to write the e-mail in Chinese to state my point of view. But when I came back to work today, I found other classmates, have about the same opinion as I have that you might have already seen their e-mail. So I just simplified to say in English that the well educated people like us should be able to distinguish between the right or wrong. The DAs in Taiwan have already hold some documents and the witness of President's corruptions, but why people in Green Party still support him ? Actually I don't have any relation to the Blue Party, at least I feel some of their political people are lawful and have the justice in mind. I agree with CC's fairness and let this web site open for discussion, just like those Tibetan Lamas have their regular debates on Budhish bible during their high level learning in college.
When we meet together and only talk about the family affairs, do you think these kind of friendship will be lasting longer ? Hope we can do something to let our people in Taiwan have more confidence to face the worldwide competition and still live free of unnecessary worries. Best wishes !! Henry
I read SW's “Group Policy”. Well, what’s going on? Now I know. I am not against any classmate using this mail list talking politics. Just don’t get emotional. I am very curious why we grew up in the same environment and got same education could have so different views. I had talked to a number of Blues and Greens. Nobody is against corruption and embezzlement. I think they all have their points. Most of them are good guys. I just think Blues have to understand Greens better and vice versa, and both sides have to learn how to compromise each other CC
